Hybrid functional exercises

Limited scope functional tests of backup and recovery processes initiated by a simulated ransomware attack scenario.
Exercises begins with a ransomware attack scenario discussed in tabletop, before moving to functional recovery and reconstitution processes aimed at restoring impacted data and systems in alternate processing locations and segmented recovery zones.
Documentation of outcomes including weaknesses in processes as described, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.
